What is my
claim worth?

Injury at Work

Every year thousands of employees across the country suffer injury in the workplace. Accidents occur as a result of many factors, from unsafe systems of work to simple carelessness on the part of other employees.

Compensation for your accident can be recovered if we can prove that someone else was at fault, usually your employer or a fellow employee and sometimes another company working at your employer's premises.

What is compensation?

Compensation in the form of damages generally falls in to two categories; general damages for pain and suffering and special damages representing financial and other losses suffered as a result of the accident, including loss of earnings, medical and care costs and other out of pocket expenses. In cases of need it is sometimes possible to obtain some special damages as the case progresses.
